Once enrolled, your selected items will be shipped to you at your chosen frequency. You maintain full control over your subscription and can modify your delivery schedule, skip shipments, or cancel at any time.
Canceling your subscription is easy and can be done through two convenient methods:
Cancellation Timing
Cancellations are effective immediately. If you cancel before your next scheduled shipment, that order will not be processed. If you cancel after an order has already shipped, it cannot be recalled.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment continues to fail after multiple attempts, your subscription will be automatically suspended. You'll receive notification of any payment issues and can update your payment method to resume your subscription.
